- This story does not mention the teen age son of Al-Awaiki, born in the United States and, according to Jeremy Scahill, had absolutely nothing to do with terrorism or his father's activities. He was sitting in a restaurant with friends.

- I don't get how anyone can call the IRS investigation a witch hunt. Eric Holder, I'm sure, would be dismayed to have his examination of the problem a witchhunt. What I don't understand is why responses are so vague. You talk to people, people with names and titles, you get answers.

- Not good. Given her performance, I have to wonder why she wasn't asked for her resignation anyway. I think her story--of planting a question at an ABA meeting about IRS targeting--was pretty strange.

- LOL! Bet prison is just waiting for her to implement that recycling program. Someone should give her dvds of the show OZ. Life in prison without parole would be a more punitive sentence, at least to me, than death. I certainly wouldn't want to live the rest of my life in a cage.

- Too many people--such as ERIC--post without knowing what they are talking about. The AP is not accused of any wrongdoing. In fact, it did everything right, according to protocol.

- The partisanship on this board really defeats thoughtfulness and obstructs solutions. For those who want an example of what goes on in Congress, one need only read the "left-right" spins listed here. These are serious problems--those with the media and the IRS--that someone needs to address.
